Fast Track First Aid
This course covers all the critical, basic first aid and is a practically orientated program. It will equip participants with the skills and knowledge to provide first response, life support and management of casualties and the incident until medical aid arrives.

| Reaccreditation | A current Workplace 2/ Senior First Aid certificate that has been issued within the past 12 months | |
| Fast-track | Minimum age for participants is 14 years CD–ROM or workbook must be completed prior to attending the one day workshop | |
| Objectives | For the participants to gain the skills and knowledge of basic first aid to be able to deal with injuries most likely to occur in the workplace. | |
| Expected Outcomes | Successful participants will be able to, in real situations, render life saving and basic first aid to casualties in need. | |
| Who Should Attend | Particularly suitable for the first aider in smaller business or, in large organisations, for those who support the Occupational First Aider. | |
| Accreditation | Successful participants receive a Statement of Attainment for the following unit of competency HLFTA301B - Apply First Aid |
